President and CEO Karen Torres speaks from the Ronald McDonald House of Northern Virginia. She says, "Established in 1980, our mission is to ease the hardship of children’s illness on families through programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children."
Karen continues, "Our Ronald McDonald Houses are places for families to call home while their children are hospitalized nearby."
